The effects of Super Storm Haiyan.
The devastation brought about Super Typhoon Haiyan or locally known as Yolanda is “off the scale” according toHong Kong-based Storm Chaser James Reynolds. The magnitude is likely to be compared to a Tsunami because of the storm surge as high as 10-12 feet. Some said SS Haiyan is described as Category 5 and thrice as strong as Hurricane Sandy that hit the US few years back.
