How to Avoid Having a Stroke
People should do things to avoid strokes as some people can become completely paralyzed or just one side. Your best bet is to do everything you can do to avoid it. Also, the tips I am going to give you are about air pollution which experts are now saying causes strokes.
If you want to not have the air in your house polluted, say, you live with a smoker and even pollution that comes in when you windows are open, you should buy a fern or something green that gets rid of pollution such as a spider plant or peace lily. According to Australian researchers it captures 70% of the pollution in your house. Michael Finkelstein M.D. who is a holistic physician in Bedford New York says, “You don’t have to turn your house in to a
rain forest to benefit Just one or two plants per room can make a big difference.”
If you aren’t lucky enough to take a daily walk in the country, and have to walk in a polluted area with a lot of traffic, walk before 10 am and after 5pm. The pollution from cars and trucks rise into the air during these times and thus won’t enter your lungs.
If you get stuck in traffic every day on your way to work, or your area is like my area where all summer construction on bridges everywhere and that causes people to be stuck in traffic for hours. A Danish study says Drink 8 -8 ounce glasses of water on those days you are stuck in traffic. “Water quickly dilutes your blood, preventing clots from forming is the best advice Susan M Kleiner author of Power Eating.
