Curiosity About Monkeys
Monkeys are mammals of the order received and excluding human beings prosimieni (lemurs and the tarsier). Monkeys are classified in New World monkeys (New World Monkeys) and Old World monkeys(Old World Monkeys).

General characteristics of the Apes
Monkeys are social animals that live in groups of several hundred copies, called bands. They are mostly arboreal. Monkey habitat includes grasslands, forests, mountains and high plains. Although monkeys are good swimmer, they avoid wetlands. Monkey is varied diet, including fruits, leaves, seeds, nuts, flowers, eggs and even small-sized animals. They are mostly diurnal, only a few exceptions. Monkeys have a very well-organized social order, with a strict hierarchy.
Old World Monkeys
This subgroup has 135 species, broader categories as Baboons, Colobus, languorous, Macaques, Mandrilaand Mangabey . Scattered everywhere in Africa (except desserts) and Asia (especially South Asia), Old World monkeys characterized by nostrils are close by each other and pointing downward.

Baboons
Some of them have tails. And those who do not hang with them again. Most of them are arboreal (living in trees), except species Baboons and Macaques that are terrestrial. Adults have 32 teeth and many species have pouches in its cheeks. Research shows that Old World monkeys are closely related to humans and New World monkeys.
