If 20 chromosomes in G1, than 40 in Synthesis, G2, Mitosis, and 20 only in cytokinesis.
Gap 1- Cell increases in size, grows, synthesize new proteins and organelles
Synthesis- Chromosomes are replicated and the synthesis of DNA molecules takes place
Gap 2- (Shortest phase) Organelles and molecules required for cell division are produced
Mitosis- Process of cell division
Prophase- Chromosomes become visible, centriolles take up positions on opposite sides of the nucleus, spindle fibers begin forming, nuclear envelopes break.
Metaphase- Chromosomes line up across center of cell and connected to spindle fibers.
Anaphase- Sister chromatids separate into individual chromosomes and are moved apart

Wrong. Ch3#2 Prokaryotes vs Eukaryotes
Wrong. Ch3#7 Hypotonic and Hypertonic switched
