Who Discovered Planets?

People who discovered planets.

Discovery of new planets had been an obsession for many astronomers in the history but very few of them have been able to pen down their name in the history as the discoverer of the planets in the Galaxy.

There are 9 planets in our solar system but 6 of them are already visible to human eye without any equipment and can be seen just by looking at the sky at night. Only 3 of the planets are the one that required telescopes for their discovery. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are the planets that can be said to be discovered by some astronomers.
