Transforming Galaxies
Many of the Universe’s universe are like our own, showing wonderful control hands wrap around a shiny nucleus. Illustrations in this gorgeous picture, taken with the Large Area Camera three on the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope, involve the moved universe at the end of the shape, glowing behind a Milky Way celebrity, and the small control at the top middle.

Other universe are even odder in overall look. Markarian 779, the universe at the top of this picture, has a altered overall look because it is likely the item or service of a latest galactic merging between two spirals. This impact demolished the control hands of the universe and existing much of their gas and dirt, changing them into a single unusual universe with a exclusive overall look.
This universe is part of the Markarian listing, a data source of over 1500 universe known as after B. E. Markarian, the Armenian uranologist who examined them in the Sixties. He questioned the sky for shiny things with extraordinarily powerful exhaust in the sun.
Ultraviolet light can come from a variety of resources, so the Markarian collection is quite different. An unwanted of sun pollution levels can be caused by the nucleus of an “active” universe, operated by a supermassive dark-colored pit at its middle. It can also be due to activities of extreme celebrity development, known as starbursts, perhaps activated by galactic mishaps. Markarian universe are, therefore, often the topic of research targeted at comprehension effective universe, starburst action, and universe relationships and mergers.
