The ways to navigate with stars.
Centuries ago, sailors had used the stars to find their way around. Guess what? You can do that to.
To find the North Star(the brightest star ever that points to North) you first have to find the Bg Dipper. It looks like a big ladel in the sky.
Next focus on the two stars on the far end of the ladel’s cup. These two are called pointers becaus they point to the North Star. Now you just draw an imaginary line through the pointer stars and out across the sky. The next star you see is the North Star.
Imagine the North Star falling right down. The direction it falls is North. Now all you need to do to find the others are just turning yourself around.
Now that you know the ways to navigate, the next time you get lost you’d know which way to go. Last of all in the Southern Hemisphere you’re have to go by the Southern Cross
