Lights in The Sky One
Mankind looked to the heaven and gazed at the stars in the celestial horizon. But many lights and objects in the sky are not recognized or at least are little understood by those observing them. Such range from the common rainbows, meteors and comets to the unusual light colored flashes from above.
Solar Eclipse (The Ring of Fire)

A solar eclipse (The Ring of Fire) appears when the moon passes between the Earth and the Sun and obscure it totally or partially. This can only happen when the Sun, Earth and Moon are on single line with the Moon in the middle. At least two and up to five solar eclipses can occur each year on Earth, with between zero and two of them being total eclipses.
Aurora Borialis (Northern Lights)

The Aurora Borialis (Northern Lights) is a beautiful natural phenomenon that often occurs in the polar regions of Earth. It comes out as a colorful clouds and rays of green and red (and sometimes blue) light that dance across the celestial horizon.
Orion (The Hunter)

The Orion (The Hunter) is one of the largest, most noticeable, and most prominent constellation in the night sky. Orion’s brilliant stars are found on the celestial equator and are visible throughout the world. It is named after the Greek Mythology Orion or the so called Giant Hunter.
Eagle Nebula (Messier 16 or M16, and as NGC 6611)

The Eagle Nebula (Messier 16 or M16, and as NGC 6611) is a young open cluster of stars in the constellation Serpens. It is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen gas, helium gas and plasma. Its name derives from its shape which is image of an eagle.
V838 Monocerotis (Echoes of Light)

The V838 Monocerotis (Echoes of Light) is a dull star in an obscure constellation suddenly became 600,000 times more luminous than our Sun. It produces enough energy in a brief flash to illuminate surrounding dust, like a spelunker taking a flash picture of the walls of a cavern. The mysterious star has long since faded back to obscurity and it is being called as a temporary brightest star in the Milky Way galaxy.
Whirlpool Galaxy (Messier 51a, M51a, or NGC 5194)

The Whirlpool Galaxy (Messier 51a, M51a, or NGC 5194) is a spectacular interacting grand-design spiral galaxy located in the constellation Canes Venatici. It is one of the most famous spiral galaxies in the sky that combines with smaller companion galaxy.
