Eyes are vital sense organ of our body. This article explains various measures to take care of your eyes.
Eyes are the most sensitive organ of the body. Without eyes, we can’t expect a better life. We will not be able to visualise the beauty of this nature without eyes. Eyes fill colour in our life. But in today’s busy schedule we often neglect the importance of eyes in our life and do not take proper care it. It is the reason that at very small age we are forced to wear spectacles. And at the old age we find it very difficult to distinguish between two different things.
We can take care of our eyes by following below mentioned measures :
1) Protect your eyes from dust, smoke and other allergens
2) Always clean your eyes with clean clothes. Never rub your eyes with the naked finger. Always use handkerchief to remove anything from eyes
3) After waking up, wash your eyes with cold and clean water
4) Do not watch television from very close distance
5) Use your desktop or laptop from proper distance from eyes. Always take regular break while working on computer
6) Never read books from closer distance. Maintain at least a distance of 30 cm between your books and eyes
7) Never see sun directly during solar eclipse
