DID THE Universe Originate From a BIG Bang?

Neither science nor religion is able to offer a plausible explanation of how the universe and life came about.

No one has the least idea how the universe was formed .  No astronomer

knows for sure how the stars and planets came into being .  There is even

uncertainty concerning how life started upon the earth’s surface .  No one knows for

sure .

Theories, concepts and beliefs abound offering different scenarios on how

things originated .  Some are based upon superstition .  Others are the products of

wild conjecture .  There are a few, however, that warrant a second look .

Post-modern science is beginning to take a serious look at ancient knowledge,

and some scientists are starting to realise that their theories sometimes coincide

with those of  wise men of thousands of years ago .  They are becoming increasingly

aware that many of their predecessors had gone to great pains to suppress certain

long known facts, and then “rediscovered” them under different labels .

The most ancient knowledge tells us, for example, that the universe was born a

perfect entity with the nature of a boundless infinity that had neither limit nor shape .

Boundlessness lies outside of the realm of human logic and experience which can

only relate to finite things .  ” Boundless infinity” cannot, therefore, be made to fit into

the mold of any human concept, belief or idea .  As a result it is considered to mean

” void”, “dark”, “empty” and “lifeless” .

According to the ancient savants, however, “Boundless Infinity” is beyond

beauty, greater than the greatest light, more splendid than splendour, higher, hotter,

colder, lower, deeper, and incredibly more than it is humanly possible to imagine .

Thus the term “holiness”, pronounced “tau” in the earliest Hebrew documents, was

coined to refer more specifically to “Boundless Infinity”, the “ultimate freedom” .  Do

our austronauts nowadays not use similar expressions to describe the “outer space

experience” ?

From prehistoric times, it was known that the universe existed, and that it had

an unknown, or unlimited source .  It is also thought to possess a massive core

consisting of the purest form of nuclear energy imaginable .  It is thought to be so

The frontiers of science are being pushed back further every day, and we are learning more about the world around us . It is important, though, that speculations do not go beyond what is credible or practical, given the limits of human understanding .
