Here are different types of galaxies that surround the Milky Way. This article explains less but is more visual. All these images were caught by the Telescope “Hubble”. The Milky Way’s most powerful telescope. Notice how I said milky Way’s instead of Earths, this is because Hubble has been sent to space by scientists for safety reasons. Thus making it the most powerful telescope made by mankind and/or the Milky Way’s most powerful Telescope.

This is one of Hubble’s finest pictures of our Universe. Every single source of light that you see in this picture is a different Solar System, Nebula and/or a planet. Usually, the big ones are a solar system.
